Project Brief
Create a scheme that retains a balance of the original features of this 200 year old property whilst providing a flexible space for both the cafe and the studio.
**Planning constraints were satisfied with amber valley borough council over a 4 month period – as this was a complex planning process extension of time was applied to help achieve compromises with the heritage officers etc.
